We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities. This role involves working with vendors, purchase orders, reports, and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support purchase order creation and tracking
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Maintain procurement and vendor data
- Assist with pricing, invoices, and order status tracking
- Prepare basic reports using Excel or internal systems
- Ensure accuracy of procurement records and documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with data and follow processes
- Exposure to procurement or supply chain operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba)
