You will oversee the entire product development lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap creation to execution and launch—while managing and mentoring a team of product managers. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product success and report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Strategy: Define the long‑term vision and strategy for a product area, ensuring alignment with overall goals.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritize features, and align them with market needs and business objectives.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and validate product ideas.
- Product Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and contains necessary information for development teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and executives to keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Product Development Process: Oversee product development, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Launch Planning and Post‑Launch Analysis: Plan and execute launches, analyze performance after launch, and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience in software engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in product management or technical leadership in B2B environments, with a strong preference for AI experience.
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform decision‑making and improve product features.
- Skilled at managing cross‑functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
The base salary range for this position in Seattle is $180,000 – $220,000 annually plus equity. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as location.
