Qualifications- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Owner
- Strong experience in querying, mapping and documenting data
- Experience leading and directing others to achieve measurable results.
- Demonstratedability to articulate customized solutions to meet business requirements
- Advanced experience working with Agile/Kanban software development processes
- Advanced skills using a variety of tools to document workflows and data mapping including but not limited to Excel and Visio/Lucid
- Abilityto work be comfortable with ambiguity and to be flexible in a dynamic environment.
- Abilityto thrive in a matrixed organization
- Understanding of analysis and documentation goals throughout the project lifecycle
- Abilityto facilitate decision making through workshops
- Abilityto learn quickly and work in a changing environment and under tight deadlines
- Abilityto independently manage personal timelines and meet tight deadlines
- Abilityto successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teams
- Strong experience with
SQL, Excel, Visio/Lucid, Jira, Confluence
