Introduction to the teamAn established performer who will be instrumental in shaping and implementing the product vision for the Pricing and Inventory team. The focus will be on innovating and evolving our offerings to address our customers' and partners’ needs effectively, thereby reinforcing Expedia Group’s position in the marketplace. In this role, an individual will cultivate and leverage collaborative relationships across varied teams to ensure our products not only meet market demands but also exceed them, solidifying our market leadership.
Inthis role, you will:
- Help shape the Inventory and Pricing vision and roadmap by aligning features to strategic goals, market insights, and EG’s broader strategy.
- Develop business cases tied to financial outcomes; define measurable KPIs/OKRs to measure product success; apply sound data‑driven judgment in prioritization and trade‑offs.
- Engage and influence stakeholders across cross‑functional teams, including our partner and traveler teams, fostering trust, inclusivity, and collaborative decision‑making.
- Leverage emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML) and advanced analytics to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and inform decisions.
- Translate technical and business requirements across audiences; communicate design decisions and the "why" behind product strategy.
- Leverage basic analytics tools to derive insights from existing datasets, competitive data and product experiments to identify trends and drive decisions.
- Experience:
2+ years for Bachelor’s, 0‑2 years for Master’s. - Functional/Technical
Skills:
Agile practices, AI/ML, data science principles, scientific method, reverse engineering, business acumen and strong listening skills. - Communication (engineering, cross‑functional teams, senior leaders).
- Results‑oriented and skilled at setting clear success metrics and using data to ensure each initiative delivers meaningful value to partners and the business.
- Ambitious and thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments, comfortable working across multiple time zones.
- Business acumen, with background in pricing or pricing strategies a plus.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, marketplaces, or supply‑driven businesses.
- Experience translating use cases into technical requirements.
- Experience in customer‑facing product discovery and discussion.
- Experience in business case creation and strong written communications.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $ to $. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
