The Role
We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Finance Support Specialist II, a Full‑Time, Term‑Limited Employee position (Non‑Exempt). The position is anticipated to begin April 1, 2026, and conclude April 1hen 2028. This position will support the Operations department with elements of contracting, accounts payable, customer service, and more. It will report directly to the Director of Operations.
Key Success Factors- Experience in financial services, grant management pāʻani or contract management.
- Experience with and enjoy working with CRM or other data management systems, preferably Salesforce.

- Detail oriented work, including continuous process improvement, focusing on aligning practices, and ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Collecting and analyzing financial documents and information.
- Assist Finance staff with core program contracts and accounts, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining data sources, fiscal records, and documents.
- Assist Financeawb team with invoice processing by organizing submitted invoices on a weekly basis and monitoring internal Accounts Payable shared‑email inbox.
- Support the contracts manager during high‑volume periods with contract processing tasks.
- Retrieve, file and review documents submitted by external parties for completeness and accuracy, and update 4
Culture database. - Complete first review of staff expense reports/requests for reimbursement to check the math, review backup documents, and communicate with staff.
- Assist with reconciling monthly statements.
- Assist with contacting internal and external parties to request new or corrected documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to processing staff payroll.
