- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably with web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
- A proactive mindset to identify opportunities for innovation within the Client Portal
