AboutThe Role
The Associate position is a pivotal consultative role designed to support various functions within the organization and meet and interact with Clients to find mutually beneficial solutions to their problems contributing to the overall success of our projects and initiatives. The primary end result of this position is to ensure that tasks are completed in a top-quality manner, efficiently and effectively, allowing for seamless operations across departments.
Associates will engage in a variety of vertical transportation activities that require attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with team members. This role serves as a foundation for professional growth, providing opportunities to learn about the industry and develop essential skills. Ultimately, the Associate will play a crucial role in driving the team's objectives forward, enhancing the company's performance and meeting or exceeding the Client expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively with Clients and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous work experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Assist in preparation and analysis of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating with team members.
- Conduct research and gather data to inform decision‑making processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in Client and/or team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance project outcomes.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate easy access to information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
The required skills include strong communication and organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, problem‑solving skills, and familiarity with project management tools.
Preferred skills such as data analysis ability enhance the Associate's capability to interpret information and support data‑driven decision‑making processes.
