Base Pay Range$73,000.00/yr - $98,700.00/yr
This position has a hybrid work schedule with 3 days per week (Tue/Wed/Thu) on-site in our Seattle office.
Business Analyst – Quality Control Group (QCG)As a Business Analyst you will:
- Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, compliance and IT, to elicit, analyze and document business needs
- Translate business, operational and regulatory needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Serve as a liaison between business users and development teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment
- Analyze current-state processes and systems; document future-state workflows and recommend improvements
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows and data mappings
- Ensure requirements and solutions align with data governance, security and compliance standards
- Educated: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experienced: 3 years demonstrated experience in business required
- Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical: Proven analytical & quantitative skills to complete root cause analysis
- Self‑Starter: Ability to work independently and at own direction
- Technically Savvy: Advanced skills in MS Office suite & Azure Dev Ops
- Salary range of $6,078 - $8,224 per month (dependent upon experience & qualifications)
