Logistics Specialist - 3PL Operations, 3PL FC Operations

At Amazon, we're building the most customer‑centric company on earth. This role seeks a highly motivated Logistics Specialist to support our 3PL Operations Team at Kocaeli and Ankara sites. The role reports to the Operations Manager and offers opportunities to improve operations and supply‑chain management within a department focused on new projects.

• Supporting daily site operations
• Acting as a point of contact between Operations and stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Retail, and Transportation teams
• Conducting analysis, monitoring core metrics, and implementing corrective actions
• Communicating with external partners and Turkish/ regional stakeholders via email, phone, and face‑to‑face meetings
• Demonstrating ethical, fair, and reliable behavior, taking ownership of responsibilities
• Problem‑solving operational issues, including physically overseeing operations as a supervisor or auditor across shifts

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced English (B2/C1) and Turkish (B2/C1)
• Prior experience in operations such as Vendor Flex, Fulfilment, or warehouse environments
• Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

• Excellent communication skills
• Operational experience and industrial engineering background
• Willingness to learn operations and supply‑chain practices
