Pay

& Location

Pay ranges from $34 per hour to $40 per hour based on certifications. Employees earn between $34 and $49 per hour depending on length of service and certifications. The position is located at our Service Center, 2006 S 146th St, Sea Tac, WA 98168.

  • Sunday: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
  • Monday: OFF
  • Tuesday: OFF
  • Wednesday: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
  • Thursday: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
  • Friday: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
  • Saturday: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
  • Complete required manufacturer training and perform warranty and recall repairs.
  • Complete ADA installs as required after training.
  • Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order that accurately reflects steps taken and parts used.
  • Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
  • Utilize multiple manufacturers’ websites, software, and diagnostic tools.
  • Process new fleet, LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation, or buy‑backs as needed.
  • Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition.
  • Perform manual labor such as bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, holding, and walking for extended periods.
  • Handle objects up to 50 pounds with long periods of standing and walking.
  • Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current‑model vehicles.
  • Degree in Automotive Technology, completion of automotive technical college or technical vocational training preferred.
  • Four or more current and valid ASE certifications required.
  • Understanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures is a plus.
  • Current and valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the past three years.
  • Basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office required.
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must complete a pre‑employment drug test including cannabis.
