Chiropractic Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chiropractic Assistant located in Seattle, WA. The Chiropractic Assistant will support the daily operations of the clinic by managing patient appointments, performing receptionist duties, and assisting with general office tasks. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all patients. The role also involves providing support to the chiropractor in ensuring efficient patient care.

• Proficiency in phone etiquette and appointment scheduling tools
• Experience with receptionist duties, including managing front-desk operations
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to address patient concerns effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to supporting clinic operations
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in healthcare or a chiropractic setting is a plus
