Innovative Driven is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join the nationally recognized Seattle-based team at one of our most prominent class action law firm clients! The firm plaintiff’s practice regularly litigates cases involving corporate misconduct in diverse sectors such as consumer and product liability class actions, ERISA matters, social media, financial fraud and securities litigation, environmental law and toxic torts.
These are impactful cases that make a difference in people's lives.
This position will provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Partner and will serve as a liaison to senior management teams.
This is a fully onsite role in the Seattle office, 8:00am-4:30pm, with OT as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage an active calendar of appointments
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries
- Compile documents and agendas for travel-related meetings
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the attorney’s schedule
- Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Partner
- Proactively inform the Managing Partner of upcoming commitments, events, responsibilities, and time-sensitive, case-related information
- Manage the monthly expense report
- Proofread and edit communications, presentations, and reports
- Schedule internal and external meetings
- Coordinate meeting logistics including presentation materials, technical support, conference rooms, tracking attendees, and catering
- Handle administrative recordkeeping, mailings, and special projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least three years of executive assistant experience
- At least three years of legal experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
