Summary
King County Superior Court is accepting applications for a full‑time Supervisor I position in the Family Court Operations’ Dependency CASA Program.
The responsibilities of this classification include managing the daily operations and staffing of administrative support staff within the Dependency CASA Program. The incumbent is responsible for supervising administrative and paralegal staff and providing coverage support as needed to ensure continuity of operations. Additionally, the incumbent, as a member of the management team, makes recommendations in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, undertakes special projects, and prepares required data reports for the program.
Tasks require substantive knowledge in particular areas of law, court operations, and work is performed independently, requiring a high degree of discretion, confidentiality and accountability.

Work locationThis position is located at the Patricia Clark Children and Family Justice Center in Seattle
, but will require travel throughout the county, to include the Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent, WA and the King County Courthouse in downtown Seattle.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with days in the office as well as telecommuting. The ratio of remote to onsite work will be dependent on business needs and is subject to change. Employees must reside in Washington State and within a reasonable distance to their King County Superior Court worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements. Employees will be provided with a Court‑issued laptop and must maintain a home workspace with an internet connection where they can reliably perform work and remain available and responsive during scheduled work hours.
Workschedule
This is a full‑time position. The Court's business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Work hours for this position may vary, including early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed. This position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not overtime eligible.
