20/20 is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a hybrid consulting environment. This role is well suited for someone who brings a strong foundation in executive support, thrives in both in-person and virtual settings, and is eager to grow into a trusted strategic partner.
You will provide exceptional day-to-day support while developing a deep understanding of business priorities, leadership cadence, and organizational dynamics. Success in this role requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support- Manage the CEO's calendar with precision and foresight, balancing in-person and virtual commitments across time zones.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics, ensuring leaders are well-prepared for both on-site and remote engagements.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups to keep meetings productive and aligned with priorities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising professionalism, discretion, and good judgment.
- Handle expense reporting, document management, and administrative tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Anticipate needs, identify potential conflicts, and proactively recommend solutions.
- Track key commitments, deadlines, and action items to ensure consistent follow-through.
- Prepare concise summaries, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings and external interactions.
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives, collaborating effectively across hybrid teams.
- Draft and edit communications on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
- Build strong working relationships with senior leaders and teams across the organization.

- 3- 5 years experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant, administrative, or operations role.
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized and responsive in a hybrid environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to think ahead and connect the dots.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); comfort adopting new tools and collaboration platforms.

20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic
20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $88,000 - $115,000. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
