Facilities Manager

Job Description

• Process shipments using standard resources.
• Log shipments according to department standards for incoming and outgoing mail.
• Email shipment information as necessary.
• Monitor mailroom and assist with inquiries from both internal and external personnel.
• Support galley supplies including coffee machine
• Support facilities with stocking of supplies in copy room
• Daily checking of supplies and coffee machines in galleys
• Support front desk operations including answering phones and checking in visitors
