A leading entertainment company in Seattle is seeking a highly organized Coordinator to support its Theatrical Creative Advertising team. The ideal candidate will manage complex calendars, track deliverables, and coordinate travel. This role requires strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle a high volume of tasks independently. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Adobe Cloud are preferred.

The base salary range is between $77,200 to $135,000 annually, depending on qualifications.
