Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year;
Salaried, non-exempt
Schedule: Full-time;
Monday - Friday;
Hybrid (up to two days in office)

- Perform month-end close, processing, and reporting
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations and maintain balance sheets schedules
- Calculate and process monthly security deposit transfers
- Support new property setup, onboarding, and accounting integration
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives, including tracking projects to completion
- Aid in onboarding new policies and procedures
- Contribute to a positive company culture through collaboration, teamwork, and proactive support
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
- 1+ years’ experience in an administrative support role, preferably for an office with 100+ employees including executive leadership, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
- Property Management or Real Estate industry knowledge and/or experience.
- Proficient in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Canva or other basic graphic design software.
- Highly familiar with office technology and equipment with the ability to troubleshoot, as needed.
- Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver work products on tight deadlines. adhering to and meeting project specifications
- Proactive and independent mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective relationships across diverse teams and personalities
