Darigold is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support attorneys with a variety of legal and administrative responsibilities while also providing administrative support to our CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

What You Will Do Paralegal & Legal Team Support- Draft, review, format, organize and maintain legal documents, including contracts, agreements, correspondence and filings, ensuring accuracy and version control.
- Prepare and maintain cooperative, corporate and subsidiary records, entity filings, governance documents and compliance calendars.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support attorneys and business leadership.
- Analyze legal documents, case law and statutes; prepare clear written summaries and reports and track changes in law.
- Support contract lifecycle management, including tracking approvals, deadlines, renewals and obligations.
- Ensure proper filing, retention and storage of all documents in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
- File legal documents with regulatory agencies and other relevant authorities.
- Maintain legal databases, document management systems and matter trackers.
- Assist with document collection for litigation and data room management for transactions.
- Coordinate with outside counsel, regulators and internal stakeholders.
- Provide general legal department support as needed (e.g., managing mail, invoicing, department credit card and administrative workflows).
- Other legal matters as needed.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Prepare executive‑level correspondence, presentations, reports and meeting materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting and executive logistics.
- Support special projects related to legal operations, compliance and executive initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations and Quality Assurance teams on cross‑functional efforts (e.g., audits, insurance matters, plant winddowns or other strategic initiatives).
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment in all interactions.
- Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience: 3–5 years.
- Executive Assistant experience: 3+ years.
- Technical proficiency:
Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe. - Preferred:
Experience with Docu Sign, Link Squares and Streamline. - Ability to manage and ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal and business information.

- Compensation range: $80,168.40 - $ (individual wage based on previous experience, knowledge and skills)
