, a leading global law firm with offices in North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Reporting to the Office Manager, the position supports the Litigation Practice Group with administrative, secretarial, and document processing tasks. This role requires an in‑office presence in Seattle, WA three days per week, with flexibility to work remotely as business demands allow.

Salary range: $80,785.00 – $.
- Utilize Task Delegation and Workflow Management software (Big Hand) to receive, enter, and update assignments; communicate status and seek guidance proactively.
- Assist with word processing; edit and proofread correspondence, memorandums, reports, and general communications.
- Answer phones, take messages, manage time entry, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, arrange audio/video conferences, reserve conference rooms, and set up equipment.
- Maintain attorney calendar, advise of appointments, update address book and Inter Action entries.
- Perform redlining; prepare individual signature packets of closing documents; compile exhibits and schedules; assemble executed signatures of final documents.
- Process new business intake, related forms, and correspondence.
- Process expense reports and invoices; arrange check requests; monitor through completion.
- Arrange travel, prepare itineraries; maintain attorney travel and desk profiles.
- Coordinate or assist with printing, scanning, copying of documents and/or sending of same.
- Provide legal research, case support, and project assistance.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least seven (7) years of administrative support experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous law firm experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF software.
- High level of expertise, independent judgment, analytical abilities, and discretion.
- Experience in orientation, training, coordination, and effective team utilization.
- Advanced legal administrative and training skills, leadership, and workflow coordination aptitude.
- Able to work autonomously while effectively functioning in a team environment.
- Strategic thinking and initiative in handling assignments and projects.
- Productivity and effectiveness with all personnel as part of a client‑service team.
- Excellent client communication skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
