The role involves providing support to our attorneys and paralegals in a fast-paced setting.
- Location:
Seattle, WA - Office hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (hybrid) - The initial 90 days will be spent mostly in the office for training and team building

Responsibilities- Answering incoming phone calls
- Drafting and responding to correspondence
- Communicating with clients, opposing parties, opposing counsel, third parties, and court personnel
- Managing a high volume of email and prioritization
- Scheduling, calendaring, and tracking deadlines
- Client file and document management
- Client intake interviews
- Assisting the paralegal with preparing pleadings, discovery, and other case materials
- Administrative tasks
- Filing
- Two years of family law or litigation experience
- Mastery of professional administrative skills, including proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe Office Applications
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work products under strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Professional demeanor
$25 - $35 hourly
