Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Event Planning Team as a Events Administrative Assistant! The Events Administrative Assistant will support our multi-property cluster collective comprised of Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle. While this position is temporary, it provides a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the heart of Hyatt Sales support from February 1, 2026 to approximately August 31, 2026!
The Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Event Sales & Event Planning Managers, eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills.
The hourly rate range for this position is $28.60/hour to $30.19/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position with Hyatt for four years or more, which is currently offered at $30.19/hour.

Qualifications- Hospitality and/or events experience preferred
