Senior Administrative Assistant, Northern California

Base Pay Range

$29.09/yr - $49.42/yr

As a senior administrative assistant, you will support executive‑level leaders and will leverage your communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills to ensure your leaders and their teams are supported to do their best work.

  • Support executive‑level leaders with high customer service, interpersonal savvy, and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership influence and support to leaders, partners, and your peer admin support team to continuously improve productivity, communication, and morale.
  • Schedule executive domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures, proactively addressing all aspects of travel to ensure effective use of time and resources.
  • Partner as a team member of the broader PRO admin community to organize, host, and facilitate activities such as meetings, conferences, and department events.
  • Provide support and resources to departmental hiring managers for new partner onboarding.

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
