Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Job Description
The Office Assistant provides support to an assigned location or multiple locations. Responsibilities typically involve facility coordination, front desk coverage, and basic administrative tasks. This role may also support additional administrative teams or other offices when needed.
Note:
This position is fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees general facility operations to ensure the office runs efficiently
- Manages front desk activities and serves as a point of contact for visitors and internal staff
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and related deliveries
- Prepares, assembles, and assists with reports, presentations, and client materials
- Scans, organizes, and uploads documents into designated systems
- Monitors office supply levels and assists with coordinating office meals or refreshments
- Provides support during new hire onboarding and orientation
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Experience
- At least two (2) year's of experience in office services, facilities support, or a similar role required
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Excel
Other Skills & Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and polished demeanor with excellent client-facing presence
- Able to adapt communication style for different audiences
- Comfortable multitasking and working independently or as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Available to work fully onsite as required
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
