Executive Assistant, IXT

The Inclusive Experience and Technology (IXT) organization is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Director. This role is integral to a large, global organization delivering programs that directly impact millions of customers.

This Executive Assistant will handle confidential information and maintain professionalism when interacting with senior executives. Responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, coordinating domestic and international travel, building a positive team environment, and establishing working relationships inside and outside the group.

• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes

• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

• 5+ years of senior-level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
