Executive Assistant , Pharmacy Operations

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a resourceful and proactive individual with an established history of high performance who wants to work in a fast-paced organization. The Seattle-based role will support two Directors in our Amazon Pharmacy Operations team.

The EA will be responsible for understanding business priorities, will react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and will proactively solve problems. Handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives and external stakeholders is a given.

Key job responsibilities:

• Manage multiple complex calendars
• Plan and organize events of all sizes
• Create a positive team environment
• Coordinate domestic and international travel

5 days a week in office

• 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
