Join Amazon as an Executive Assistant in the Artificial General Intelligence HR organization.

Your day will be a dynamic blend of high-impact support and strategic coordination. You'll be the behind-the-scenes catalyst that keeps our leadership team moving forward, managing intricate schedules, preparing critical communications, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This role will support the Director of AGI PXT and their team.

• Manage multiple complex calendars for senior executives across multiple time zones
• Plan and organize events of all sizes
• Create agendas and coordinate domestic and international travel
• Handle confidential information with professionalism
• Build a positive team environment and establish relationships inside and outside the group
• Maintain engagement mechanisms and support team initiatives
• Work five (5) days a week in the office

• 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
• Experience with executive level calendar management
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• High school or equivalent diploma

• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our total compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company;
