- Lead and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring responsive communication and high‑quality service.
- Oversee and mentor staff, providing technical guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Research complex tax issues and prepare clear recommendations and memoranda.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws while identifying planning opportunities.
- Drive workflow management, including scheduling, budgeting, and meeting key deadlines.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives, process improvements, and client expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA license required.
- 5+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑service skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working with closely held businesses, high‑net‑worth individuals, or multi‑state entities.
