Key Responsibilities Lead client engagement and manage a portfolio of client relationships Create work plans for fund accounting staff and monitor progress on engagements Prepare and review financial statements, investor allocations, and manage the audit process
Required Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting Minimum 3 years of experience managing a staff of accountants Advanced knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Preferred experience with fund administration and auditing Hedge Funds and Alternative Investment Funds 5+ years of experience in public accounting or related fund administration work
