As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting core accounting operations with a heavy emphasis on transactional and general ledger (GL) work. The ideal Senior Accountant thrives in a dynamic environment, can navigate ambiguity with confidence, and is comfortable digging into tasks without step-by-step documentation. This position offers meaningful exposure to intercompany activity, private‑equity‑related transactions, and accounting operations that support a sophisticated investment organization.

Overview of the Senior Accountant Role:

• GL entries and reconciliations (primary focus)
• Bank reconciliations
• Intercompany activity coding
• Invoicing and Net Suite imports, including working with Ramp and AmEx data
• Walking through the process for each assigned task and ensuring accuracy across transactional workflows
• Operating with minimal supervision and asking clarifying questions when needed due to the absence of detailed process documentation
• Utilizing Excel for data imports and exports

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Advanced Net Suite expertise
• Strong detail orientation and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• Experience with Ramp/AmEx a plus
• Familiarity with private‑equity fund structures or intercompany transactions
• Strong Excel competency
