We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the finance team with essential AP tasks. Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist Role:

• Process invoices, perform purchase order (PO) matching, and manage check requests
• Reconcile vendor aging and support general AP month‑end tasks
• Assist with rental billings and support 1099 processing
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely workflow coordination

This role balances core AP responsibilities with opportunities to develop breadth and depth across accounting functions.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist

• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong purchase order experience and construction background a plus
• Proficient Excel skills with strong attention to detail
