Description

Robert Half is seeking a skilled Full-Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in Shoreline for a contract engagement through our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) program. This is an onsite opportunity, ideal for professionals with end-to-end AP experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice coding, matching, batching, and payment processing

+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently

+ Ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies

+ Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and management to address AP-related inquiries

+ Assist with month-end close and related reporting as needed

Requirements

Requirements:

+ 2+ years of full-cycle AP experience

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

+ Availability to work onsite in Shoreline, WA
