Overview
If you’re someone who thrives in a collaborative, energized environment and loves improving processes as much as crunching numbers, this position may be right for you. You’ll partner with multiple business units, lead a small team, drive financial reporting, guide cash flow forecasting, steer audits, elevate internal controls, and help migrate key systems. This role involves both hands‑on accounting and strategic problem‑solving!
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead and develop accounting talent
- Own financial reporting and cash flow forecasting across multiple subsidiaries
- Oversee closes, reconciliations, audits, and SOP improvements
- Help drive ERP migration efforts
- Support budgeting, analysis, and ad hoc initiatives
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA is a plus)
- 6+ years of corporate accounting experience
- 3+ years leading teams
- Strong Excel + ERP skills
- Bonus: experience in manufacturing, retail or restaurant
- $115–$130K plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401(k) match, and employee discounts.
