Overview
SET THE COURSE
Processes and maintains accounts payable records in multiple systems—Invoice automation system, Invoice Imaging system, and SAP Payables. This position involves vendor reconciliations and requires in-depth monitoring and review of the automated invoicing system; approximately 25% of the time will include manual data entry of invoices.
- Review invoices for proper coding and approval utilizing the invoice imaging system, and keying into the finance system (SAP) for payment.
- Review invoices in automated AP system as required: mapping of new vendors, GL line items, and general troubleshooting.
- Audit and verify paper expense reports.
- Vendor maintenance/communication (W9 requests, ACH confirmations, research past due items etc.).
- 3rd party Return to Vendor reconciliation and Aptos Retail Inventory System research.
- SAP/AP uploads for consolidated billing.
- Intermediate Excel experience required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School degree required, college preferred.
- 2+ years accounts payable experience in a medium to large size company.
- Experience multi-tasking between different data systems.
- Strong verbal communication skills, including telephone and email etiquette.
- Detail oriented with analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient with Windows based systems as well as MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Proficient understanding of basic accounting principles, familiarity with SOX compliance a plus.
- Proficient at data entry & 10-Key.
- Ability to take initiative and be responsible for project work.
- Able to work additional hours/overtime to meet business needs.
- SAP and/or Plate IQ experience a plus.

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
Pay Range: 21.30 - 31.73 USD Hourly
