Are you an Accounting Clerk or early‑career accounting professional with AP/AR experience who's ready to jump in ASAP? We have a fantastic opportunity with a long‑standing client in Seattle, and we'd love to chat with you! This Accounting Clerk role is FULLLY ONSITE and ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and keeping financial operations running smoothly.

This opportunity lets you hit the ground running while working closely with a collaborative, supportive accounting team in a stable, well‑established Seattle organization.

• Process and support full‑cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Enter invoices accurately and ensure timely payments
• Apply payments and assist with collections follow‑up
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month‑end tasks
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Provide general accounting support and jump in on additional projects as needed

• 2‑5 years of AP/AR or general accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  Solid Excel skills and comfort learning new systems
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset
• Interest in working fully onsite and collaborating with a close‑knit team
