Senior Tax Associate (100% Remote)
Compensation: $95‑115K base plus performance bonus
Hours: 40–45 hours during busy season

What You’ll Do
- Lead and review complex tax engagements for S corporations, partnerships, and individuals
- Develop and implement proactive tax strategies that align with client goals
- Work directly with clients in real estate, professional services, and consulting sectors
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks
- Collaborate with internal accounting and advisory teams to deliver complete client solutions
Who You Are
- 3+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or EA preferred or actively pursuing
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax compliance and planning
- Solid grasp of GAAP and day‑to‑day accounting fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills with a client‑first mindset
- Analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and improving systems
