Northwest Frozen is looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Accounting Assistant to join our fast‑growing team. This role is ideal for an accounting student or early‑career professional looking to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic food manufacturing environment. You will support day‑to‑day accounting operations while gaining exposure to supply chain and administrative processes that support the largest sushi factory in North America.

• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Support financial data entry and record‑keeping.
• Assist with financial reporting and documentation preparation.
• Participate in internal audits and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support finance operations.

• Inventory cycle counts.
• Preparation and organization of freight and supply‑chain documentation.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Quick Books or other accounting/ERP systems.

• Hourly pay: $19–$26 Based on experience.
• Flexible, in‑office schedule.
• Part‑time commitment of 10–20 hours per week, with potential for growth and extension to full‑time permanent role.
• Hands‑on learning in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
