Senior Accountant (Northwest Seattle)

Salary Range: $83,200 – $104,000 DOE

• Record payroll in ADP and manage all 401(k) contributions
• Allocate gross pay to jobs and ensure accurate job costing
• Perform reconciliations for checking, savings, and related accounts
• Lead month‑end close and prepare accurate monthly financial statements

This position offers strong visibility across the organization and the opportunity to partner closely with project teams, operations, and leadership to ensure financial information is precise, timely, and actionable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus, not required)
• Strong experience in payroll (ADP), job costing, reconciliations, and month‑end close
• High attention to detail with the ability to work confidently in a fast‑paced environment
• Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills across teams
