Beacon Hill is partnering with a respected Seattle law firm in the downtown area to fill a Accounts Receivable Specialist position.

$30.00/hr – $38.00/hr

Seattle, WA (Downtown)

• Temporary to Hire
• Full-time (37.5‑hour workweek)
• Hybrid flexibility – 2 days from home

• Manage cash receipts, client payments, short pays, and collections.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and the billing team.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all accounting activities.
• Maintain detailed records and resolve discrepancies.

• Detail oriented and reliable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in accounts receivable or related finance role preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
