Our sales and store support teams play an important part in keeping our stores clean, organized, and shoppable so that our customers can find exactly what they need. In this role you are the face of the company and whether you are replenishing shelves, arranging flowers, preparing produce, or receiving freight, you will always have the opportunity to interact with our valued customers and make a positive difference.

Starting hourly rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7‑9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).

• Seafood Associate - $16.76 – $25.15
• Floral Associate - $16.76 – $25.15
• Produce Associate - $16.76 – $25.15
• Fresh Cut Associate (Prepackaged fruits & vegetables) - $16.53 – $22.15
• Bakery Associate - $16.76 – $25.15
• Dairy Associate - $16.76 – $25.15
• Receiving/Freight Associate - $16.76 – $25.15
