LOUNGE FLOOR ATTENDANT (FULL TIME)

Full‑time schedule; open availability preferred. Days and hours may vary, including AM and PM shifts. Weekends and holidays included.

$21.00 to $23.00 per hour

• Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room; take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards; follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients; advise guests on food and drink combinations when requested, accommodating reasonable requests and noting preferences.
• Communicate directly with back‑of‑the‑house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain a patient, flexible demeanor with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash‑handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe and neat environment for guests.
• Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared by guests.
• Promptly address complaints or issues; relay relevant information directly to supervisor.
• Ensure that the dining room is properly set up prior to and after the service period; keep area clean and meet sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells and coffee machines.
• Collaborate with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events and functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
