Seaside Vacation Homes Powered by VROPCO, located in Seaside, OR, is seeking part‑time and full‑time Maintenance Technician Handyman professionals to care for our 62 homes and condos.

Responsibilities include performing light to moderate maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, and general repairs using tools and equipment.

• Experience in any of:
  Handyman, Craftsman, Journeyman, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Construction, Contractor, Carpet Cleaning, Flooring, Inspection
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license; reliable vehicle required
• Residency on the North Coast or transition plan (must be able to work in Seaside area)
• Basic computer skills – proficiency in scheduling and documenting work orders on laptop computers
• Must not be on work or outside for the company

Schedule:

9:30 am–6 pm. Part‑time staff work 2–3 days a week. Pay starts at $18/hr in training, up to $25/hr for experienced staff.
