Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service

You are a self-motivated, hardworking, and proactive team player with a high attention to detail. You communicate well, stay organized under pressure, and can tackle a large backlog without losing accuracy. You're comfortable working both independently and alongside others, and you don't mind jumping in wherever the warehouse needs you.
Job Requirements- Work on site in Seaside, OR
- Work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8am to 4pm
- Ability to lift heavy and oversized items
Job Responsibilities
- Pull and pack orders in an accurate & timely manner with a high level of care and customer service
- Track movement of items being pulled from other locations
- Generate packing slips and shipping labels and manage orders using Shipstation software
- Communicate order issues (bad addresses, damaged items, sold out products, delayed orders, etc.) to customer service via Slack
- Take packages to post office daily
- Perform daily audits on the pending shelf and resolve any discrepancies to prevent miss-ships
- Provide shipping quotes for other departments
- Process Returns & Warranties
- Take inventory of shipping supplies
- Keep workspace organized and clean
- Drive to retail locations to deliver and pick up products
- Pull products to replenish retail locations
- Unpack incoming orders, tag & put away products
- Assist with receiving and general warehouse duties as needed
- Perform Inventory Counts
