Experience:
1 year | First-time travelers accepted Schedule & Requirements:
• Every Other Weekend required
• No on-call
• 48 hours not approved

• Must have own vehicle Ratios:
• Per Oregon state law
Special Requirements :
• ED or Critical Care experience required
• Must cover meals and breaks in Med/Surg, ICU, and ED
• Previous House Supervisor experience preferred
• Charge RN experience accepted with willingness to work across multiple units Floating Facilities (Providence Health System):
• Milwaukie
• Newberg
• Portland
• Hood River
• Willamette Falls
• Seaside
• Saint Vincent Seaside Floating Incentive: • +$5/hr for hours worked at Seaside
• IRS mileage reimbursement
• Hotel provided if floating for consecutive shifts
• Facility will give as much advance notice as possible Facility Info:
