Weekends:

Block scheduling not available
Provide house-wide clinical supervision and operational oversight during assigned shifts
Coordinate patient flow, staffing, and resource allocation across units
Float within scope to support Med-Surg, ICU, and Emergency Department
Cover meal and break relief for nursing staff as needed
Act as escalation point for clinical, staffing, and operational issues
Ensure compliance with Oregon nurse staffing laws and hospital policies
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and ancillary departments
Float to other PH&S facilities based on system needs and skill set
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
Background in Emergency Department or Critical Care required
Previous Charge Nurse experience required
Ability and willingness to float between units and facilities
Must have a personal vehicle for assignment-related travel
Active RN License (Oregon or Compact)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Previous House Supervisor experience
Experience working in Critical Access Hospitals
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Epic charting system
