Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (Full-Time, Day Shift)

Seaside, Oregon
Schedule: 0.9 FTE (3x 12-hour shifts/week, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), rotating weekends
Pay: $56 - $77/hr based on experience
Bonus: $8,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance for eligible external hires

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, high-acuity care to critically ill patients in a small, highly specialized ICU setting

• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members to ensure safe, personalized care

• Respond to rapidly changing conditions with confidence, clinical judgment, and compassion

• Uphold nursing best practices and contribute to a supportive, empowered care environment

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Current Oregon RN license and BLS certification (AHA) upon hire

• ACLS certification (AHA) required upon hire

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, ICU or acute care preferred
