The House Supervisor collaborates closely with Nurse Managers to assist with staffing decisions, crisis response, and evaluation of nursing care delivery. Responsibilities include acting as a clinical resource, supporting leadership during urgent situations, and initiating disaster preparedness protocols when necessary.
