Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree (minimum education)
Oregon Certified Pharmacy Technician or Oregon Pharmacy Technician License (required upon hire)
Minimum of two years (4,160+ hours) of pharmacy experience in an integrated health system with PTCB certification
, orThree years (6,240+ hours) of hospital pharmacy experience without PTCB certification
Experience working with Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs) and electronic health records (EHRs)
Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Technician program
Advanced PTCB certification (e.g., compounded sterile products, medication history, or advanced CPhT)
Specialty certification (e.g.,
ACPE-approved sterile compounding certification
), as required by role or state
