RN - Emergency Services at Providence Seaside Hospital is 0.9 FTE full time position working during weekdays and weekends on a variable shift. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $8,000. Eligible external hires must meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Incentives:

Night shift differential – $10.00 p/hr;
Evening shift differential – $3.00 p/hr;
Weekend differential – $1.75 p/hr.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
• National Trauma Nursing Core Course - Emergency Nurses Association within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year of Nursing experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $57.84 - $79.73 per hour; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
