Key Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing operations across all inpatient units
- Provide leadership during codes, rapid responses, and emergencies
- Coordinate bed management, admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Support crisis intervention and facility diversion decisions
- Cover staff breaks and meals in Med-Surg, ICU, and ED
- Monitor and report sentinel events and regulatory compliance
- Ensure adherence to DPH, TJC, OSHA , and hospital policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain patient safety
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promote workplace safety
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- ED or Critical Care experience (required)
- Previous Charge Nurse experience required
BLS and PALS certifications
