Job Overview
Maps Credit Union seeks a Part-Time Teller Specialist for our Seaside Branch. The role is part‑time, offering 20 hours per week with rotating 5‑hour shifts, including Saturdays from 9:30 am–2:30 pm. Applicants should love their community, have a passion for customer service, and help members succeed financially.
Responsibilities- Engage with Maps members in a professional and positive manner.
- Provide excellent customer service while processing account services to members.
- Enhance member relationships by assessing their needs and recommending products and services.
- Achieve personal and branch monthly goals.
- Accurately maintain and balance a cash drawer, checks, and money orders within established policy limits.
- Follow regulatory and policy compliance requirements and Credit Union operations and security procedures.
Qualified candidates will have the highest level of ethical behavior and a high‑school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of cash handling experience and one year of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience, is required. Candidates must be bondable.
CompensationStarting wage: $19.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn monthly incentives.
Schedule20 hours per week. Must be available for four rotating days during the week for 5‑hour shifts, including rotating Saturdays from 9:30 am–2:30 pm.
